Do you have a Minimum order ?
For available stocks: 50 pieces per order.
For available stocks: 100 pieces per color and order.
For colors made on order: 300 - 500 pieces per color depending on fabric type.
Why do I need any design development, I have already got art-work ?
To get an embroidery or a print your artwork has to be turned into a compatible machine format. This is a skilled job and is one of the main elements of a high quality branding.
Can you develop my Design for me ?
Yes we would. We have many years of experience producing high quality embroidery and print designs for many leading companies.
How long do you take to deliver ?
10 days Ex factory: For garments readily available in stock.
30 days Ex factory: For garments made out of available fabrics and colors.
90 days Ex Factory: For custom made garments made out of special fabrics and colors.
How much does design development cost ?
An average design would cost around $ 85 but an accurate cost can be given after the design is seen.
Can I use the design again ?
Yes any embroiderer or printer could reproduce your design at any time in the future using the disk or negatives we will provide you with.
I already have my design on disk/negatives, can you use it ?
Yes if it is in any of the main embroidery machine formats & usable for us, negatives for prints can be used easily if they are damaged.
I have got my own garments will you embroider or print them for me?
Yes, we can give you a price after we see the design.
Do you do Children's & women's sizes ?
Yes most of the garments displayed can be supplied in children's and women's sizes.
I only want the name of my Company on the garments do I have to pay for design development ?
Yes, for the first order. You will not incur any costs for repeat orders.
Can you give me any ideas for a design ?
Yes if required we can create design ideas based on your brief and send you artwork for approval.
Can I get garments made in custom colors/designs ?
Yes, the minimum quantities have to be covered.
